The build

This one gets used year-round, three miles from the Gulf. That drove the material spec harder than anything else.

Marine-grade 316 stainless on everything with coastal exposure, stucco finish over block framing, and a porcelain slab counter that won't chalk under Pinellas County UV.

A raised bar at 42 inches with a 14-inch overhang seats five and screens the working surface from the pool deck.
